Meet Estefania
Estefania Gruenstein is a mom and community advocate who believes good leadership starts with listening and caring. As our State Representative, she will bring compassion, perspective, and a strong work ethic to the State Capitol.
Estefania spent a decade in customer service and team leadership roles, managing people and operations while building the communication and organizational skills that define her work today. Fluent in English and Spanish and currently learning ASL, she is committed to making government accessible to all Oklahomans.
As a first-generation student attending college later in life, Estefania is finishing a degree in Political Science at the University of Oklahoma while interning with Oklahoma United and the "Open Primaries" ballot initiative. On this team, she helps lead outreach projects that amplify Latino and first-generation voices across the state. Her work centers on one simple belief: everyone deserves the dignity of being seen, heard, and supported.
At home, Estefania and her husband, Alan, are raising their young son, Charlie. As a mom, she understands the challenges working families face — from affording childcare and healthcare to finding balance between work and home. Those experiences drive her to fight for policies that give every family a fair chance to thrive.
“My biggest fear isn’t losing an election — it’s a government that loses sight of who it serves. I’m running to make Oklahoma a place where families like mine can grow, learn, and thrive.”
House District 85 includes neighborhoods in northwest Oklahoma City where families, educators, and small businesses form the heart of the community.
